Vinification and alcoholic fermentation
Manual harvest and soft pressing of the grapes,
fermentation in steel at low temperature.
Aging: In steel for 8 months with periodic batonnage on the fine lees.

The wine Delicate straw yellow with greenish verve, good luminosity and liveliness; delicate attitude in the glass, with balanced material presence. Collected and composed nose, in which the distinctly aromatic note of Moscato seems to drive a more gentle and clean olfactory kit typical of Falanghina. White peach and musk, a splash of lychee pave the way for hints of broom and slightly unripe banana, in an aromatic mosaic that tends to take shape as the wine oxygenates and warms up. The palate does not give in to the temptation of easy softness that the Moscato balance would easily carry with it, but it is sharp and decisive; it flows on the blade's hair with a biting acidity, but at the same time punctuated by saline tails; alcohol fully integrated into the drink. It melts slowly on the palate, giving aromatic length and almost reversing the nasal progression, with the presence of falanghina that seems to impose itself in the first place, with the closure on the olfactory sweetness typical of moscato. Try it on fried foods and crudités to take advantage of the highly visible degreasing action.
