Vinification and alcoholic fermentation
Manual harvest and soft pressing of the grapes,
fermentation in steel at low temperature.
Aging: In steel for 9 months with periodic batonnage on the fine lees.

The bright, onion-skin-colored wine, pale and diaphanous, but with a beautiful presence and vivacity: it appears persuasive in its movement in the glass, denouncing a perceptible glyceric soul. Expressive but delicate nose, played on barely hinted floral notes of rose and geranium, small red fruit such as cranberries and wild strawberries, a captivating sweeter note of cotton candy and strawberry candy. Straight but at the same time seductive, without frills and pretensions but with a great desire to please and enchant. Palate played on the gustatory balance of a marked softness which on the one hand almost winks at a not cloying sweetness, on the other it is animated by an acidic, slightly saline push, which makes the sip tense and enjoyable, never tiring, almost compulsive. Ideal wine for a light and disengaged sea aperitif, to be enjoyed also well chilled; perfect for a drink with friends, to be consumed by the bucketful.
