Vinification and alcoholic fermentation
Manual harvest and soft pressing of the grapes,
fermentation in steel at low temperature.
Aging: In steel for 9 months with periodic batonnage on the fine lees.

The purple red wine with great chromatic intensity, impenetrable and very lively, barely frays on the nail in a cardinal's robe. Not heavy in the attitude in the glass, thus showing matter and agility in good balance. Characterized and recognizable nose, albeit extremely youthful and with a remarkable perspective: crunchy black fruit with small berries, balsamic touches, a sylvan, resinous and earthy note, slightly free-range. In the background tertiary ideas being defined, on licorice root and ground black pepper. Olfactory framework already enjoyable now but still in the phase of clarification and enrichment, with perspectives of great charm and interest. Mouth with good tannic presence, sufficient acidity and delicate alcohol content. Excellent grip in the sip which is satisfying and never yielding, aromatically long and with references perfectly in line with the olfactory profile. Young and vital wine but not for this lacking in personality and character, which will go further shaping with further rest in the bottle. To spend on structured first courses, with long cooking, or roast meat.
